Timeless Nutrition Principles: Eating with Intention, Not Impulse.
One of the most powerful - and often overlooked - ways to improve your health is simply eating in alignment with how your body was designed:

Simple shifts like…
creating an eating window,
allowing time between meals, and
choosing quality fuel
…can help regulate energy, support hormone balance, and improve how you feel day to day.
Fasting - often paired with prayer for added spiritual benefit - is a timeless practice to help naturally rid your body of dead cells and regenerate new healthy ones needed for optimal body functioning.
Small, consistent, intentional changes can restore stability and set your body up to operate at its best.
You are worth it, and you can do this. Let’s get it!
Substitute food for a few hours with a different, more long lasting kind of nourishment - for your internal spirit!
CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:
Consider these tips (always consult your doctor first):
Eat on Circadian Rhythm: Plan your daily eating window; 8AM-8PM, 7AM-6PM etc... choose a realistic starting point.
Fasting: Beginners, start with skipping after dinner snacks and shift breakfast back an hour. Intermediate, fast 12 hrs eat within the following 12 hrs. Advanced, 24-hr fast. (Plan a balanced break-fast meal ahead of time; mix of protein, healthy fats, complex carbs like quinoa/brown rice).
Reward Meal: Plan ahead for 1 reward meal in your day or week of meal prep, vice a cheat day. Think and speak life over yourself - reward yourself for stretching beyond your comfort to choose to work towards living a healthy life.
