Increase Healthy Fiber Intake
Generally, the goal is 25-30g/day!
Mix & Match your cooking styles
Raw, baked, sauteed, steamed etc., provide different nutrient and absorption availability profiles.
Trade up in your Sweeteners
Swap High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sugar alcohols for honey, maple syrup, things sweetened by fruit, or even organic cane sugar for a week!
