First Half Examen: What Will You Do With What You Now Have?
We have made it an entire 6 months, can you believe it! So far, we have taken deep dives into what it looks like for a healthy leader to be stabilized and strengthened from the inside out.
This week is about taking stock of how you have been progressing. An Examen of sorts.
First, think about what you have done well. Call yourself up, and allow others to build you up as well. I guarantee you have moved the needle at least one degree in the right direction- that is a win.
Second, consider what you want to improve in the second half of the year using the CORE process.
Call it (what is the improvement you want to make?),
Own it (what happens if you don’t work on it?),
Respond (what will you actually do?), and
Execute (when will you do it and who will hold you accountable?).
Third, remember the hope you have for tomorrow- that there is still another day to try again and lock in! Believe in your heart that the best is yet to come, and let the evidence of that be the choices you make starting right now!

Identify your strongest area over the last 6 months
Weakest Area
Identify your weakest area over the last 6 months
One Healthy Habit
Choose one habit to help strengthen the weak area for this next quarter.

What has gone well?
Where would you like to keep improving?
What are you hopeful for in this third Quarter and the second half of 2026?
