Healthy Rhythms: Exercise Rhythm
As life changes, so do our schedules.
Too often, we tell ourselves, "I'll do it tomorrow."
Then tomorrow becomes next week, next month, or even next year.
Our bodies were designed to move, and they thrive when movement becomes part of our daily rhythm.

Just like nutrition, exercise is much easier to stay consistent with when you have a plan.
Writing your workouts on your calendar removes much of the decision-making and makes it more likely you'll follow through.
A great goal is to work toward about 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week, including 2-3 days of strength training, 2-3 days of cardio, and at least one recovery day.

Your plan doesn't have to be complicated-it just has to exist.
Healthy leaders don't wait until they feel motivated; they prepare ahead of time and build rhythms they can sustain.
As the saying goes, those who fail to plan, plan to fail.
May your story be one of consistency, endurance, and victory as you build healthy habits that last.
CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:
Start Small: Take a brisk walk or try a beginner fitness class with a friend.
Decide where to exercise: at home following a YouTube video, a gym, a park, or playing a sport. Choose what fits you!
Pack your bags: Packing your exercise bag and placing it by the door is a great cue to help you eliminate excuses and give yourself the best chance of following through!
