Healthy Rhythms: Build Your Full Fall Rhythm
In many of your households, school is starting, vacations are ending, and calendars are filling back up. Before you know it, you can go from a slower summer rhythm to running full speed again. But healthy leaders don't have to operate at the same gear all day, every day. Different moments call for focused work, getting things done, connecting with others, or simply recharging.
Before fall gets away from you, decide what deserves your focus and build your rhythm around it. Look at your work, exercise, meals, relationships, rest, and responsibilities together - not as competing priorities. What pace is actually sustainable? What needs more attention this season, and what can receive less?
You don't need a perfectly balanced schedule; you need an intentional one. Identify the few rhythms that help everything else work better and protect them. Don't wait for your calendar to tell you how to live - decide what matters, then make room for it.
CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:
Choose one of each and put each on the calender for the next week. Try to plan 1 month worth as you fine tune what works and what doesn’t:
one recharge rhythm
one relationship rhythm
one health rhythm
one work/focus rhythm
