We've covered a lot of ground this year!
From understanding our stress and sleep habits to building strength, fueling our bodies, and developing power, we've explored what it takes to become healthier leaders from the inside out.
But here's the question: How much of what we've learned are we actually putting into practice?
Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things!
Think back to our four phases:
Stabilization taught us to recognize where we needed a stronger foundation.
Strength challenged us to build the capacity to handle life's demands.
Fuel reminded us that what we put into our bodies matters.
And Power encouraged us to put that strength and preparation to work.
Each phase builds on the last, but none of it makes much difference if it stays on paper.
As we approach the end of the year, don't get overwhelmed trying to change everything at once. Instead, ask yourself what has genuinely stuck.
Maybe you're sleeping better, moving more, eating more intentionally, or responding differently under pressure. Healthy leadership isn't measured by how much we know, but by how intentionally we live what we've learned.
There's still time to finish this year well!
