Strength in Your Core: How Much Can You Withstand to Meet the Demands of Your Reality?
Can you produce force when it’s required of you?
It’s one thing to be centered and controlled -
It’s another to generate force when life demands action.
Strength at your core isn’t just about holding position; it’s about aligning the right muscles to produce force and carry load with intention.
Physically, your core transfers force between your upper and lower body and allows you to move with control under load.
Core strength comes from the larger, global muscles working to create movement
-not just resist it.
It’s measured by how much force you can produce and how much load you can handle without breaking form.
Without it, you may have control, but …
…you lack the capacity to execute.
The same is true in leadership.
It’s not enough to stay grounded -
you must be able to respond,
take action, and
carry responsibility when it increases.
Strength is your ability to produce and sustain under load.
So the question is:
When more is required of you, can you meet it with strength?
